Helpful Hints and Information
If you need to  cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged for 50% of the treatment's value.  
Guests who do not call or arrive will also be charged in full. Same-day spa appointments are non-cancelable and are charged at full value regardless of appearance.
Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.  We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for all spa appointments allowing you time to change and relax prior to your service.
When making your reservation, you will be asked to supply a major credit card to guarantee your reservation.  Should you have a preference as to a male or female Esthetician or Massage Therapist, please let us know at the time of your reservation; if no preference is stated, we will schedule you with any one of our highly trained therapists.

If you choose to reward your service provider with a tip for excellent service, please note that tips are cash only unless specified by your service provider.

Should your Blueberry Moon salon or spa experiences fall short of any expectations; our staff will be more than happy to assist in addressing your concerns.
All salon services on children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; this is to maintain our commitment to quality.  All spa services on children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the spa room; this is to maintain our commitment to safety.  Because our spa is a place to relax and reconnect, children under the age of 12 are not allowed (this does not include our nail spa)
For the peace, quiet and mental well-being of our guests we respectfully request that you leave pagers and cell phones turned off.
Personal Items
Blueberry Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen property.  To protect your personal items, we request that you remove earrings prior to all color and style services.  While in the spa (except of waxing), we recommend that you remove all jewelry prior to your service.
Customer may exchange unopened products with a Blueberry Moon receipt within 30 days of purchase and get a store credit for full amount.  We cannot accept returns from other Aveda stores and salons.
Gift Cards
All sales are final on Gift Cards. Gift Cards are like cash and can NOT be replaced if lost or stolen.
Color services are guaranteed for 2 weeks with the use of Aveda recommended products.  Haircut adjustments must be made with in 10 days of original haircut.
